Gilah Langner is the founder and president of Stretton Associates, Inc. She
specializes in environmental, transportation and infrastructure, and economic policy issues. As writer and editor of sensitive, high-profile documents for various organizations, Ms. Langner has a reputation
for careful, sensitive writing and is often called in on short deadlines to reorganize or rewrite documents to the highest professional standards. Ms. Langner
holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from McGill University and a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard University. From 1979 to 1987, she was a consultant with ICF Incorporated, where she
specialized in federal environmental and health policy, regulatory economics, and data analysis. Ms. Langner is also an experienced manager and teacher, and the co-editor and publisher of an annual journal, Kerem.Over the years, Stretton has developed a network of talented
